REFUND POLICY
Return Period
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
European Union Customers: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason without justification.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Products must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

- Ship the product to the address we provide
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Return Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect products received).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at markorasic45@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days and issued to the same payment method used for purchase (PayPal or original payment method).
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
